PREFABRICATION IN APPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION

Settlement of two-family homes with two duplex flats stacked on top each other. The houses were built with the skeleton building method: the basement, the ceilings as well as the statically bearing interior walls were built with concrete.

The exterior walls of one house were created by means of 24 prefabricated facade elements. Those were planked, added with insulation and windows in the prefabrication.

The elements were sent ready for installation afterwards. This prefabrication of the element in the factory allows to work regardless of weather conditions, increases the precision of execution and shortens the construction period.
