Limitless dry-construction
Cocoon has the solution and offers with the Transformer system a substructure, which was developed for the statically bearing dry-construction. The excellent statically values in conjunction with fire & noise protection make the Transformer system to the easiest way of dry-construction for applications like:
- Wide spanning sections with a span length up to 14 meters
- Walls up to a height of over 20 meters
Signs of the times for dry-constructers and plasterers
The cold-formed C- and U-profiles are building the heart of the Cocoon Transformer system. The profiles are being joined to frames and planked classically. The steel sheet thickness of the profiles is from 1.5 to 2.0 mm and the width of the profiles is available in 100, 150 and 200 mm.
Efficient work through clinching service
Instead of time-consuming screwing of the beams, Cocoon offers the possibility of clinching the profiles to beams. Thereby the profiles are permanently being joined under high pressure.
Nailing instead of screwing
For fastening the planking on the steel-profiles, the ballistic nails of the firm “Haubold” are accredited and optimally aligned with the Cocoon system. The initiation of these nails allows a very efficient operation.
