Successful cooperation
Examples like the retirement home in the Westside in Bern are demonstrating the successful cooperation between the lightweight steel constructers and the timber constructers. Cocoon Transformer profiles are the quintessence of the façade elements, which the carpentry “Zimmerei Meier AG” in Laupersdorf pre-fabricated and assembled.
Before the profiles are being delivered to the carpentry, they are being cut, clinched and assembled by Cocoon. At the pre-fabrication the profiles are being conjoined to frames and assembled to façade elements. The elements can also be pre-fabricated industrial and directly off the cadwork-dates (for example on a “Weinmann Multi-function bridge”).
