Assembly specialists

The prefabricated Cocoon Transformer modules are produced “just in time” and delivered to the construction site ready for final assembly. Since the modules are prefabricated, the shell of the building can be erected in a short time; this work is performed by our assembly specialists on site.

Construction of a single-family dwelling can advance far enough within only 3-4 days to allow work on the interiors to begin regardless of weather conditions. The "just in time" production and assembly means that no prolonged storage of materials on site is required. Building waste is kept to a minimum as well.
